He was able to meet this challenge by working as a chauffeur himself when he was short-staffed and pursuing aggressive chauffeur hiring and a new scheduling model designed to maximize fleet usage without having to reinvest in a lot of new vehicles.
This was especially important with the global chip shortage and inability to procure new vehicles even if he wanted them, with global supply chain issues pushing new vehicle deliveries out as far as 2023 for some livery models.
Mohamed's business acumen originated through his passion, dedicated study, and an apprenticeship in the ground transportation industry.
